Job Readiness Program
Epic’s signature Job Readiness Program works to develop and empower individuals needed to effectively seek and gain employment. The program provides training for soft and technical skills. For example, the soft skills courses included, but not limited to – job search basics (cover letters, resume, networking), interviewing skills, communication, workplace etiquette, critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership. In addition, the technical skills provided include – basic computer skills and company base skills programs (ex. Transportation, manufacturing, etc.). The Job Readiness Program provides an engaging, interactive, safe, proven process that promotes job retention and career advancement via tools and resources.
The Job Readiness Program works directly with vocational education and training schools, local colleges and universities, local businesses, and government entities to assist in job placement and training.
