
Malii [May-Lee] Watts Carolyn is a training facilitator and management consultant who partners with clients to develop people as their best technology. She has 16 years experience developing leadership—across the nation and globally, face-to-face and virtually—with skills to manage the complexities and opportunities inherent to work and life in diverse and evolving environments. Her client list includes institutions of higher learning, nonprofit organizations, state and federal government and Fortune500 companies.
One of Malii’s strongest attributes is her ability to connect
with others while facilitating their sustainable alignment with values-based
cultures. She is an effective and dynamic communicator who works with a
people-centered ethic.
Malii has delivered leadership development
programs, designed training and/or collected and measured employee engagement
data within the industries of Agriculture, Automotive Manufacturing,
Engineering, Higher Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals
and Theology based in, or with a focus on, Canada, China, England, Finland,
Germany, India, Mexico, Poland, Russia and the United States. The
culture-general theories of well-established researchers within the
intercultural field serve as the foundation of her content knowledge.

Malii Watts Carolyn earned a Master of Arts
degree in Intercultural Management from SIT Graduate Institute (School for
International Training) in Vermont, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College in California. She is
a licensed consultant of the Virtual Performance Assessment® instrument; has
been certified as an Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory®;
and is a friend of SIETAR (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and
Research). Malii currently lives in San Antonio, Texas, and travels nationally,
internationally and virtually for work and pleasure.
